Sometimes…when my creativity is not firing on all cylinders all I need to get me back on track is to go thru images of Patrice Dark that I haven’t yet edited to find my way home…
It’s difficult to resist that kind of pun with Nikki. So really, why fight it? I think it is very Revealing the things we choose to share with each other
Honestly, I am simply too tired at the moment to give this image the write up I had planned. So rather than wait for another day to post it…I will just wait for another day to talk about it.
Here, with no further delay is
It’s been a long time coming. My images from Phoenix ComiCon 2016 I mean… So to make it up to everyone who has been waiting patiently for them, I am doing a photo-dump of all three days of images.
I recommend that you follow these links to the separate folders arranged in chronological order:
Phoenix ComiCon 2016 (Friday June 3)
Phoenix ComiCon 2016 (Saturday June 4)
Phoenix ComiCon 2016 (Sunday June 5)

Phoenix ComiCon: Thru the Years
It happens about this time every year: Phoenix ComiCon! I attend the entire weekend and roam around the Phoenix Convention Center taking photos of the event, but especially the Cosplayers. And, about this time Every Year I find myself glued in front of the computer editing photos for days and weeks! This year the image count was a bit lower than it has been in the past. Only 1500 files to sort, select, edit and post. Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining! I’m just explaining why posting images of the event can take a bit more time.
However, as I go thru my workflow, I like to let a few image leak into the wilderness of the Inter-Webs.
When I first met Shauna, she was cosplaying a Gender-bend Pinup-Style Captain America:
This time ’round she’s a bit less patriotic, and more horrific as Freddy Krueger from Wes Craven’s “A Nightmare on Elm Street” series.
If you are not familiar with this Iconic character of Horror…well…just watch the film. And then…Dream about Shauna’s version instead and I Guarantee you will thank me later!

I will have more pics done soon and will post the link to the collection on Flickr as soon as possible!
Very Soon (Well…soon-ish) I will have a full batch of images posted to flickr and will add that link here when I do. But for now, please enjoy this image as a Stand Alone statement of “Things Yet to Come”
This amazing image is from a very impromptu test shoot I did today with Samantha. Actually, it wasn’t even supposed to be a Test Shoot at all…just a Creative Meeting to discuss a future shoot. But as we were talking I realized what time of day it was, and I asked if she would be willing to do a few shots in my favorite room…This was one of the results.
Here are a few more images of this beautiful and talented model on Flickr.
A new image of Samantha. I would love to have your feedback!
